Customer engagement is one of the many benchmarks defined by the Journey to
Excellence. Engagement for CORE means interacting with donors, donor families,
transplant recipients, volunteers and, of course, the public.
In 2014, CORE implemented new and exciting community events in order to
engage with these groups and meet its goals.
